Nouveaux Beverage Company participates in the following Community Events:

March 14th-16th, 2008 Honda Ski Tour The tour will feature top rated musical artists, Snowboard Cross, Skier Cross, Skier Halfpipe and Snowboard Halfpipe.
June 6th-8th, 2008 The Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival

For the second year, Sun Valley will play host to a celebration of culinary excellence; the inagural Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival.  The weekend will  highlight guest chef speakers, wine pairing dinners, themed culinary cooking classes, and seminars. The conclusion of the weekend will consist of the Sun Valley/Ketchum Grand Tasting at the Elkhorn Resort Club House, featuring libations and catered delicacies from throughout the region.

July The Sun Valley Center for the Arts Wine Auction Named by Wine Spectator as one of the Top Ten US Charity Auctions repeatedly in the last three years, The Sun Valley Center for the Arts Wine Auction supports educational arts programming and community outreach. The 2006 Auction set record highs for attendance at the auction, vitner dinners, wine tastings and the golf course picnic.
